Method 1: Reboot and start System Restore all over again
At first, try restarting the system by holding onto F8 key then it will display a window ( Power on Self Test (POST) )->Menu list will pop-up, from here select Repair Your Computer -> Next, choose System Restore from there.
This method would carry out this System Restore process faster and would not create any system freeze but there is no guarantee that it will definitely work.
